Request to Keep Your Maestro Laptop

This form is to be used if you’re no longer actively enrolled at Maestro and would like us to consider an exception allowing you to keep your Maestro laptop.
Maestro laptops remain Maestro's property unless ownership is officially transferred to you. Students who complete their program, or transfer through an official credit pathway to Columbia College or Davenport University, may keep their laptop.
If neither applies to you, tell us about your situation and why you'd like to keep it. Requests are reviewed individually and approval isn't guaranteed.
We'll reply by email once we've reviewed your request.

Acknowledgment

By submitting this request, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following:
The laptop is Maestro College property under the Laptop Use and Return Agreement. Approval is at Maestro's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. If my request is denied, the return terms of that agreement apply. If approved, ownership transfers to me on the date stated in Maestro's decision email. I receive the laptop "as is," with no warranty, support, repair, or replacement from Maestro after that date. Maestro will remove its management profile (MDM) before transfer, and I am solely responsible for the device, its data, and its security afterward.
I have no outstanding claims against Maestro College. If approved, I release Maestro College from any and all claims, known or unknown, relating to my enrollment, my program, or this laptop, up to the date of transfer.
